Wimberley Yoga

This type of yoga focuses on strength as well as flexibility.  Gaining and maintaining muscular balance is also emphasized.  While safe for seniors, this is a great yoga for anyone wanting to revitalize and invigorate.  All classes include beginners and advanced students.  However, our “advanced students” have not focused on extreme flexibility.  They are simply more balanced in their musculature and are balanced in both strength and flexibility.  These classes are a great way to take care of yourself.
