-Special Workshop! Free! Partner Yoga using Techniques from Yoga and Thai Massage - taught by Edmee on Sat, February 17th from 1:30-3:00. Everyone is welcome!
-Helen is offering special weekend workshops for those who simply want to know more and the hours can also go towards those going for teacher training.
-We have a new class for those recovering at 10:30 on Thur taught by Gail. This one will allow people to attend who think they can’t do it and will open new opportunities.
- The Total Beginner’s Yoga classes at 12:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays are a success. They are now a permanent part of our schedule.
-9:00 Tuesdays and Fridays by Emily is now for those who are ready to step up into a more challenging class.

- Our Senior's Karate classes are growing! This, more so than any other class, emphasizes why we really practice martial arts.
